Born and bred in Brazil, she moved to Italy in 2005. An Industrial Design graduate, Paula continued her studies, obtaining a diploma magna cum laude master in Fashion Accessories at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan. She also attended the Young Fashion
Manager course at the SDA Bocconi University. After having collaborated with the Versace style department, she participated in the Vogue Talents contest in 2009 and was listed amongst the 140 emerging talents by Vogue Italia. This gave here the right visibility and stimulus to set up the brand of accessories named after her.

She debuted in Paris in 2010 where she presented the Paula Cademartori Spring-Summer 2011 collection of bags. Shortly after, in July 2011, she took part in Vogue Italia’s Who is on next? contest and was hailed as one of the most promising stylists on Italy’s creative scenario. In 2015 this phase of her career was crowned by launching her first line of shoes. An additional goal was achieved in 2016 when her brand became part of the OTB (Only the Brave) group.
