The Gaepo Xi Presidence, in southern Seoul, stands out as one of the city’s largest upscale apartment complexes, with 3,375 units and amenities such as a movie theatre, pool, gym, and car wash. The most original feature is the rooftop infinity pool, the first of its kind in Korea.
CESAR supplied 1,488 kitchens out of a total of 3,375 units. Thanks to its privileged location, the high-tech complex is seamlessly connected to the mountain landscape. The exterior design concept focuses on integration with the natural surroundings, establishing a harmonious balance between the structure and the environment, thus promoting a harmonious relationship between architecture and nature.
