Haeundae Doosan We've The Zenith is a complex of three residential towers in the Haeundae district of Busan in South Korea. The complex was completed in 2011. With 80 floors and a height of 301m, Tower A has been officially declared the second tallest building in Korea.
The complex consists of more than 1700 apartments and one building is dedicated to commercial use. The towers, which are similar in shape to the petals of a flower, have been designed to blend into the area between the sea off Haeundae beach and Mount Jang.
The towers are equipped with a structural monitoring system (SHM) with sensors that continuously measure wind force and underground movements thus ensuring the stability of the structure.
