Aesthetic design and spacious interiors are fundamental values of the Les Clos project, a complex of villas and apartments located just steps from the lake and the medieval village of Hermance, in Switzerland.
The homes of Les Clos enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding mountains and are bathed in the natural light of the forest which provides a feeling of wellness and high quality of life.
The complex is made up of 8 villas and 48 apartments equipped with luxurious amenities, garden, and terrace and at the same time guarantee privacy. Inside, the kitchen includes a Maxima 2.2 system which, thanks to the infinite ways that it can be customised, makes it possible to maintain a stylistic and coherent harmony that’s in keeping with the design of Les Clos.
Construction, which began in 2019, will be completed with a first delivery in Spring 2022.
