The Elm & The Ledbury is a high end complex consisting of two residential towers located in the centre of Toronto, near the financial district and Queen Station. Built with the intention of revitalising the area by transforming a parking lot into a vibrant and multi-purpose space, this strategic location is just a short distance from the Toronto Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence market, and other attractions. The project includes four towers featuring commercial spaces, offices, rental units, and condominiums, and emphasises public spaces with outdoor areas and welcoming foot paths to promote a sense of community. Designed by HPA, the towers integrate themselves in the existing architecture of Queen Street, ensuring a harmonious transition between the vibrant downtown area and the quieter residential neighbourhoods.
