Vitae’s facade features sinuous balconies and terraces clad in vertically stacked bricks, resulting in a rich and textured surface. The apartments offer abundant natural light, cross ventilation, and external views from every room. To maintain continuity with the extraordinary facade, the interior spaces incorporate rounded corners along with organic shapes and materials that recall the local area. The floor plans are free of clutter, with wide hallways and softened corners that contribute to an airy atmosphere and allow light and space to flow effortlessly.
